Dixieland Speedway Brings a "Stack of Bills!"

Yesterday, November 16, we were having lunch at the office when Debbie Swain from Dixieland Speedway walked in with a wonderful surprise: a stack of money! The "bills" had been collected as part of a 50/50 drawing over the weekend at their driver's banquet. Red and Debbie, owners of the speedway, have been such wonderful sponsors of Kids First over the years; they keep coming up with ways to help the kids...and we don't even have to ask. Thank you SO much, Red and Debbie...and everyone who continues to contribute to their fundraisers at the track. We are so grateful for your support!

I've been director of Kids First for nearly 10 years. We're a team of therapists, interviewers, a pediatrician, and family advocate that is dedicated to assisting in the miracle of healing traumatized children. Most of the kids we serve have been sexually or physically abused. We only use state-of-the-art, proven-effective treatment. All of our equipment is also state-of-the-art. So are the kids!!!
